Mario Moraes visited Clabber Girl to taste one of Chef Eddie's fantastic meals - Brazilian Style!

Chef Eddie served up cheese bread; feijoada, the stew of smoked meats and black beans that is the country's national dish; farofa, a side dish made of toasted manioc flour; two types of grilled meats, or churrasco; and a tart, fluffy passionfruit mousse. Read the article from the Indianapolis Star

Clabber Girl's Christmas celebration will be on Saturday, December 12th this year. Come join us for the festivities.
